Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original BECO packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
